I am certified by Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy as an Advanced Teacher of Yoga Therapy.
One client said that during our sessions, she “learned to be with [her]self.” And that’s beautiful, because a large part of spiritual practice is learning to be with oneself (which in turn helps you be with others).
SESSIONS are 50 minutes. I recommend six to eight sessions and currently have a wait list. Please contact me for more information.
What exactly is yoga therapy? I like this definition:
“Yoga therapy is that facet of the ancient science of Yoga that focuses on health and wellness at all levels of the person: physical, psychological, and spiritual. Yoga therapy focuses on the path of Yoga as a healing journey that brings balance to the body and mind through an experiential understanding of the primary intention of Yoga: awakening of Spirit, our essential nature.” -Joseph LePage
